    Thanks for visiting. Here you will find the smart new way to learn about eastern shore real estate. No kidding!
    Click on the EASTERN SHORE NEIGHBORHOODS link on the left. Numbered maps and information paragraphs help you to quickly locate and learn about all the neighborhoods on the "shore". I think you'll agree that knowing about the neighborhood in which a home is located is as, or more important than the qualities of the home itself. The neighborhood information you'll find is not the soul-less result of some downloaded demographic study, so typical of most websites, but was compiled and written, one neighborhood at a time, by me - a realtor living and working in these neighborhoods for 13 years with children who went to these schools.
    Scroll through "Neighborhoods" to the areas that interest you, see the asking and sold prices of all recently sold homes organized alphabetically by neighborhood, learn which neighborhoods are comparable to one another and click on the links to the left to see a list of all the homes currently for sale organized by neighborhood. You won't believe how helpful a simple list of homes organized this way can be (use this as your guide for your internet searches) which can all be done from this site as well. Print out the stuff you want and carry it with you when you visit the "shore". Most people are finding it to be really indispensable

3. Then Select A County. If you're not sure which county here are some hints: QUEEN ANNE includes Kent Island, Stevensville, Chester, Grasonville, Queenstown and Centreville. CAROLINE includes Denton, Ridgely, Preston and Greensboro. TALBOT includes Easton, Oxford, St. Michaels. DORCHESTER for Cambridge and beyond. KENT includes Chestertown and Rock Hall.

4. Click on a town name. To find out what neighborhoods are in what towns use the"Eastern Shore Neighborhoods " link on the left.

5. If you like you can select a price range, number of bedrooms and/or baths or nearly any other criteria for the home of your choice - go to the bottom of the page and click SEARCH and"voila"you will have all of the homes currently in the real estate marketplace. Up to date!
